375 Broadway

In February 2025, Arx Urban closed on 375 Broadway, a 62-unit affordable housing redevelopment in joint venture with Boston Communities. The project represented a key milestone in the firm's expansion into tax credit-financed affordable housing and consists of an existing 40,000 square foot mixed-use building with 19 loft apartments and 8 commercial spaces and 43 unit newly constructed project.

The Property makes up a full city block in the downtown corridor of Chelsea, an infill suburb located just 4 miles north of Boston. The Property is within walking distance to the Silver Line, Commuter Rail and the new regional FBI headquarters.
