Arx Urban procured financing on behalf of the CCI Group, Inc. for the construction and subsequent stabilization of a 20,000 square foot mixed-use building on Main Street in Dobbs Ferry. The project contains 16 luxury rental units with two ground-floor commercial spaces and is within close distance to the Dobbs Ferry train station.
