Arx Urban has received BPDA Article 80 approval for a 38-unit residential development in Brighton. The proposed project will be constructed with an emphasis on sustainability nearing passive-house standards with solar and a planted green roof. Prior to permitting, Arx Urban conducted 15 meetings with neighborhood associations, abutters and community leaders to garner design feedback.
